GSTAT: Statutory Printing of Manufacturer’s Name Does Not Make Goods Branded GSTAT Thane held that printing a manufacturer’s corporate name and address on packaging solely to comply with FSSAI and Legal Metrology requirements does not amount to using a brand name.
