UPDATE! the new xkit folks (here: http://new-xkit-extension.tumblr.com ) actually did fix this problem a while ago. if you have xkit, you should find “Editable Reblogs” under the extensions list and thus (hopefully) make this post obsolete. 

this sucks. i didn’t get the update until today so i was really confused about this ask. there a few low-tech solutions to this problem. one is to just mimic the reblog by writing “kpop-xmen” (your partner’s user name). highlight the word and add the link by clicking on the infinity symbol/hyperlink symbol in the pop up menu. and then add a colon at the end.

after that just copy and paste the reply. highlight it, and use the last arrow on the pop up menu to blockquote.

and write your reply down here.

just remember to click the little grey x so that tumblr doesn’t automatically include the previous replies.

you could also clear the old replies every time you reblog, or use a read more, so the extra reblog isn’t as much of a hassle. this would just prevent the dash from getting too clogged up.

We’re taking a long time to roll out any major changes because we want to make sure they’ll be exciting and engaging changes. Thanks to everyone for filling out the survey form, we have a lot of ideas. 

I’ll be doing an activity by the end of the week so anyone who hasn’t posted something within the past two weeks will be take off the masterlist.

I can’t make a judgment on this based on the power itself. We take every power on a case by case basis and decide on the details of the power itself, not the name. As long as you make it your own, there should be no problem, but if the methods, consequences and actions of the power are too similar, we will not accept it.
