Ah, I'm sorry, sweetheart, I really do not know! I've never used pre-made icons, so I'm not sure which blogs make them. I think most people use edits that they like for their icons? Which, I realize, is probably not the best etiquette if you're taking someone's edit to make your own icon, but I've seen it done a lot. I've seen my edits used for icons.
I think what I would do is find an edit that I really like, picspams are great because they're made specifically for their coloring and cropping, and ask the blog owner if you can use it for an icon. It's always nice to ask. :)
I'm sorry that I don't have a more concrete answer for you! Maybe someone will see this post and know of blogs that do make In the Flesh icons. :/
