Whatever I have on hand!  A couple of nights ago I ate it with a soft boiled egg (or kind of like the egg flower soup way), added spinach, garlic oil, peanut butter, and some leftover salmon I had from my previous dinner.  Admittedly the peanut butter was a mistake with Cup of Noodles, but it usually works well with the optional seasoning ramen. Adjust to taste and all that.

Spinach is really easy because it just wilts in hot water?? And I usually cook up some ground chicken in a separate pan real fast, but idk if you want a QUICK meal or ~FANCY~ RAMEN. If you want a quickie, then just an egg and some spinach will cover your food groups.  

My sister, Andrea, and Kyle all came over a couple of days ago to make baklava, and everything turned out really well!  It's actually pretty easy to make, but it takes a long time. And the nuts aren't exactly cheap (though compared to buying baklava from the bakery, it's a steal).
