Wrong: my dogs live here
Post: There are so many millions of beautiful things in the world
but it is so hard to see them from your house.
Tags on this post read: #chronic illness, #spoonie, #this is NOT some get out of your house get out there bootstraps bullshit, #this is a post about my view as a disabled person who only leaves the house most of the time to get groceries or medications and see doctors, #this is coming from the view of a person who sometimes only gets out of the house for an hour every two weeks, #and always goes to the same fucking place with the same sights and none of it feels like reality
So congratulations on having dogs in your house but this has absolutely nothing to do with the post, the point of the post, or how I feel as a disabled person who doesn’t get to enter the world often to see its beauty. You having dogs at home doesn’t make me “Wrong” or change my experience in any way. This literally wasn’t about you at all so i’d appreciate it if you didn’t directly reply to it saying it or I am wrong. I’m glad you have lovely dogs and see their beauty and get to enjoy their presence, but you can make that post somewhere else instead of commenting on mine trying to negate it using something thats irrelevant.
And like maybe you saw the post as something other than what it was, but if that’s the case, I’d suggest next time clicking on the source to see someones tags before replying directly to it, so you can be sure of their meaning before making a comment directly to them (different from reblogging and adding a comment, which shows up on your blog).
