A typical day of food for K, 23mo. . Turkey sausage, mango, and a croissant that she won’t eat so I probably will. . Fruit and yogurt for snack. . Leftovers for lunch (this was chicken, veggies, and noodles with looots of olives on top always). She doesn’t like to eat the same thing 2 days in a row so usually this is dinner from 2 nights ago. . Strawberries, broccoli (her fav veggie), and a hamburger with ketchup (anything you dip into is ketchup) for dinner. . Not pictured are the 18 snacks she has in the afternoons lately as we still try to figure out a routine for naptime wake up / carpool time / playing while prepping dinner. Usually includes raw veggies that she sucks hummus off, pretzels (always), and more fruit. .
