My motivation for living an active lifestyle started almost 9 years ago (note: photo on the left was taken in April 2008) when I decided I was not going to feel unhealthy, unconfident, and unfulfilled with my body and capabilities anymore. . What keeps me going now is more about other people; inspiring other women to make healthy choices to improve their lives and become more empowered. .
