न्यूजवेव @नई दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 में उच्च शिक्षा में भारतीय भाषाओं को बढ़ावा देने पर फोकस किया जा रहा है। देश में अब शोध क्षेत्र में भी ऐसे प्रयासों की शुरूआत की गई है। विज्ञान लेखक नवनीत कुमार गुप्ता ने राजभाषा हिंदी में विज्ञान विषय में अपना पहला शोध कार्य पूरा कर पीएचडी की उपाधि प्राप्त की है। यह शोध कार्य वैज्ञानिक और नवीकृत अनुसंधान अकादमी (AcSIR) के तहत सीएसआईआर-राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान संचार एवं नीति अनुसंधान संस्थान (CSIR-निस्पर) नई दिल्ली से हिंदी भाषा में विज्ञान में पूरा किया है। लगभग 10 हजार से अधिक शोधार्थी में गुप्ता पहले ऐसे शोधार्थी हैं जिन्होंने हिंदी में पीएचडी कार्य पूरा करने का कीर्तिमान रचा है। उन्होंने बताया कि आम तौर पर विज्ञान को जटिल मानकर इसमें अंग्रेजी में ही संदर्भ पुस्तकें उपलब्ध होने से अंग्रेजी में ही शोधकार्य होते हैं। लेकिन उन्होंने हिंदी भाषा को चुनकर चुनौती को स्वीकार किया। नवनीत ने बताया कि शोध कार्य में गाईड डॉ. जी महेश, मुख्य वैज्ञानिक, AcSIR, नई दिल्ली और को-गाईड डॉ. फूलदीप कुमार, वैज्ञानिक, DRDO, दिल्ली का मार्गदर्शन मिला। गुप्ता ने अपने शोध संस्थान AcSIR-राष्ट्रीय विज्ञान संचार एवं नीति अनुसंधान संस्थान (CSIR-निस्पर) के प्रति आभार जताया। पठनीयता सूचकांक रहा शोध का अहम पहलू
