đ I had the critical role acrylipics bundle IN my cart but by the time I clicked through my cart to check out it said unavailable.
I was still able to grab Nine Eyes of Lucien and Kith and Kin as single orders though. Laudnaâs book and Tusklove sold out before i could complete checkout, AGAIN; but oh well I got the two books I reeaaally wanted.
The other day I also received my Defy the Night set from acrylipics.com (was busy with other things).
I actually like the dust jackets way more than I anticipated. All of them have foil on the letters and if I recall the normal hardcovers only the first one with fairyloot has that holographic effect? Or something like that.
I am a wee bit disappointed with the quality of the sprayed edges though.
I think the initial digital design had them looking a lot more vivid and bright and it just did not seem to translate as well to the pages.
I kind of wish they could do what red tower did with 5 broken blades for some of their sprayed edge designs because that print quality was immaculate (despite the book being average at best).
I will need to find a different spot for them at some point assuming acrylipics adds more of the acotar books to this set (since they are not complete yet). But for now I think this spot is perfecto.
