Honestly this isnt even an ask but just throw any post game headcanons for misery out there. It gives me life.
- initially just spent a lot of time napping/meditating/generally spacing out until the reality hit her that Oh Shit My Curse Is Broken For Real
- doesn’t really know what she wants to do with her life or how to deal with her guilt and trauma (so she just ignores it which works about as well as you’d expect)
- ends up spending some time assisting the researchers once they return to the island with documenting the island’s history (recounting events, translating old documents etc) just for something to do - keeping busy and being useful means she doesn’t have to think about her past, and she does genuinely enjoy it sometimes (plus she can keep track of what humans know about the island and make sure they don’t find out too much about ballos)
- picks up gardening for similar reasons - it’s something she can throw herself into and not have to think
- likes to duel occasionally with quote and curly when they’re around (balrog just observes) both for fun and to keep their respective skills up, curly enjoys it a lot more and the two have a running tally of wins/losses
- doesn’t visit the surface a lot because it’s so much different from the island and kinda overwhelming, but enjoys exploring it sometimes
- isn’t sure if she wants to visit jenkaÂ
