Keith mentions the ability of Ace Parking to manage the parking lots with more efficiency in order to maximize the profits for the city. The prices on the parking lots will not go up as a result of the switch. Instead, the cost of management and the efficiency of the management will help to increase the profit margin and provide more money for the city.
