DeMayo seems quite neurodivergent, especially in chapter 1. Did he display these traits in childhood as well, or are those traits something that appeared after the monster incident when he was 12? Seems like a mix of paranoia layered over other traits and habits.
he was neurodivergent the whole way through babyyyyyy
some of his traits WERE developed after being traumatized though. also! i'd just like to note that you have his age wrong :) and add a smiley face at the end to show that :) it is making me giggle evilly :)
