Finished with this piece, I actually tried to replicate the Pokemon Art styles (yes there are multiple art styles) of Ken Sugimori for the shading, Take for how the hair gradient and eyes look, Yusuke Ohmura for the green outlines on the the tips of Sharonda's locs, and Kazumi Mitsutami for the transparency with some of the outlines.

Wanted to make the jacket longer but with the pose I decided I ended up cropping it.

I referenced Olivia for the lips and Director Cyrano for the nose.
