the way ace is searching her face at the lover's vigil because he does not understand any of what's happening because one minute this woman (the love of his life, mind you) is telling him she does not love him and does not share his feelings which okay it's fine it happens but then!!! he is alone with her for one fucking minute and he feels something there and he knows that that kind of something cannot possibly be platonic at all and god you can feel how confused he is and that's why he stands there and she closes up the space because my boy is afraid of doing anything wrong because he doesn't want to loose her friendship and when she tells him it's her fault and he can't even formulate an actual response because!! confused as fuck!! poor baby.
and then (yes i'm still going strong) the final scene he has HAD IT and you can tell my boy RAN to her office because he is out of breath when he gets there (and that's such a sweet little detail to add) and he confronts her because no Nancy you are not lying to him because he knows you better than anyone and guess what he knows your fucking handwriting too and then to test out his theory he leans into her and bam the fucking flashlight breaks and oh it's even more sad now because knowing you can't be with the one you love because they don't love you is one thing but knowing you can't because of some higher force (let's call the curse that) it's a whole other thing and yes bring me Ace trying to figure this curse out and bring me A LOT MORE of these almost kisses and heavily charged moments that only these two can give me because it is going to be fucking amazing. this season is definitely going to off me.
tldr.: chemistry lessons going strong for these two and i am incapable of dealing with it

It's so funny to me that both Ace and Nancy picked people to "fall" for that are absolutely not long-term material. And it's immediate too.
Our love can't happen because of a stupid, deadly curse Nancy's relative put on them, so who should we move on to? Supernatural individuals who are going to die or move on anyway.
