Hey guys, I wanted to take a moment to address something I’ve been thinking about for a while.

I originally made this account because I wanted a place to dump my art online, as the original community I had been posting my work in was pretty much completely gone. For the very short lifespan of this account on Tumblr, I’ve pretty much been posting just about any recent drawing I’ve made - and while I was fine with that at first, it isn’t what I want to post - nor what I want this account to be about - anymore. Especially since over time, this has caused me to feel like I have to post any piece of art I make (especially after going a while without posting anything - even though I’ve never set the standard for myself that I need to be a consistent poster). Additionally, I feel like I’m starting to stray away from what I actually want to draw/post.

While my online identity as “Rand0mArtz” started from me doing - well, “random art”, and posting any random OC or drawing I made at the time, this isn’t what I want my account to be anymore. I want more consistency with what I post, more importantly, I want to post about the OCs that I care more about, and not make posts for the sake of “filling space” on my page. This consistency is not only for myself, but I am also doing it for the sake of the viewers of my page. I don’t like the idea of hyping up an OC that I posted about just to never draw or mention them again because they weren’t an OC that I was particularly attached to. I know the feeling of seeing a character you really like and there being basically no content related to them - and while there isn’t necessarily anything wrong with making or posting about a “one-off OC” - as I feel a lot of artists do that, me included - it isn’t something I want to post about as much anymore.

Future of this account:

I’m not quite sure what direction I will take this account in as of right now, but I will leave you all with a few of my interests;

I’m a big fan of horror in general, some specifics are dark fantasy, body horror, and stuff involving the paranormal, but I’ll take a bite out of most kinds of horror

I’m also REALLY into science fiction, possibly my favorite thing to mess around with when it comes to my own OCs

I’m into character design as well - definitely part of the reason I love making so many OCs

I would also consider myself a furry artist to an extent (SFW) - I draw more humans now but sometimes I just can’t resist making anthropomorphic characters

All this being said, I’m not deleting this account - nor am I changing my user from “Rand0martz” (Even if there might be less randomness from now on, that name is here to stay).

However, I will be completely wiping my account my account clean for now and starting over with a fresh plate. For those that follow me, I thank you for the support, and for those that are new here, I hope you will consider following me into the new era of my account.

I will be taking a break from posting anything new for now to figure out exactly what I want to do. Until then, I hope to see you all around and thank you if you have read this far!

Hey guys, this will be a bit of a ramble and a update so this'll be important⬇️

First, I want to apologise for not posting my drawings much.

I've been thinking about what to post but I don't want draw the same thing over and over again. I've realised that it's a pattern of Kid Icarus Uprising, The Promised Neverland, my ocs, my AUs and repeat, so I don't want to bore you guys with that.

But on the other hand, drawing those things does make me happy. I want to enjoy doing these things with you guys while making sure not to bore you all and bore myself in the process.

Secondly, in order to make sure that it won't be a huge borefest, I'm thinking of opening up the drawing requests again. But instead of being temporary, it'll be a permanent thing. I'll put this on my intro post once I update but to make brief explanation, I'll draw your OCs, anything that's Tpn, Kid Icarus Uprising related, or I can draw my OCs or my TPN and KIU AUs for you all.

Just no NSFW or inappropriate suggestions, and we're all good.

A little update!!!

It's been a little over a week since my region in the south-west of France was facing the largest wildfires we've experienced since 1949. Add the (now) four heatwaves, +45 degrees celsius (113 farenheit) temperatures in my region and you have an awful combo ;-;

Over +250,000 people had been evacuated (some finally were able to get back home since then), thousands of hectares have burned and are still burning, and everything felt incredibly uncertain from one day to the next. While my town never received an evacuation order, we were close enough that it was impossible not to worry. The smoke reached us pretty bad, the situation changed constantly because of the strong winds, and everyone was keeping a close eye on the news.

Thankfully, things have improved significantly around my area. The fires continued moving further south-east while I'm further to the north-east of the affected region, so we're no longer expecting any evacuation, and the smoke has finally cleared.

The fires are still ongoing in some areas, and my thoughts are still with everyone who has been directly affected, those who had to leave their homes, the firefighters who have been working tirelessly, and everyone helping their communities through such a difficult time.💛
