Deer 18 This deer was a nice sized doe....running about 132lbs. She was hit around 6:15am and had to be dispatched by Law Enforcement as she did not die when hit buy the car.

Deer 16 Well, I lucked out and was able to get another one...this one a little buck....hit kinda hard, so there was not alot of meat available...1 and a half backstrap, one hind quarter and one front shoulder.

Deer 15 Another one! Finally getting some meat in the freezer :-) this one had to be dispatched by Law Enforcement as she was still alive when they arrived to make the report for the person who hit it (was not me).

Deer 13 and 14 Picked up 2 of them on March 25th...no where near where I was at this time last year, but not going to complain :)

Settling your own auto accident claim can be daunting but not impossible.
