In search of fail
Hi fellow Tumblrs! My name is Caesar and I work for a company called Access Testing, which helps businesses to improve customer experience through... well testing. Every day I come across cases of poor customer experience that makes me and my colleagues scratch our heads and think to ourselves "did they think about that?"
We'll be using this Tumblr blog to share the better or funnier ones with you (with customer names redacted only when necessary), but I'd also like to encourage you to share your own by using the tag "needstesting".
Our aim is to highlight the problem of companies offering ill-considered customer experiences. And yes, I won't shy away from the truth that my employer (and hence myself) stands to benefit from this - but at the end of the day we're not selling anything; we're just trying to help make the world better for you, as a customer.
