In 2022 we shared our new #BrailleDice design created with Die Hard Dice for mass production. We’re excited to say after 2 years filled with countless tests & quality checks, they’re officially done 🤩

#AccessibilityInTabletop is about to change in a big way! So what’s next?

Now that we have fully approved samples in hand we are ready to start mass production. We will not be utilizing any type of crowdfunding platform, instead choosing to create different charity based fundraising initiatives that connect us with the TTRPG community more directly.

In the next few weeks we will share information about our upcoming partnerships, fundraisers, community events, and more! Once we hit our minimum fundraising goal of $20,000 we will be able to get our first batch of both acrylic AND hollow metal dice in production!

Our initial offerings will be for two styles: Acrylic dice in a color called Molten Bronze; metallic bronze (brownish-gold) with swirls of pearlescent dark bronze. The other is hollow metal dice in Silver Ingot; a silver metal with a semi-translucent black antiqued finish.

Both the acrylic and the hollow metal sets are about the same size and weight as a standard plastic set, the d20 being the only one that is about twice the size. All sets will come in a metal tin, similar to how Die Hard Dice sells their metal sets.

Should we surpass our minimum fundraising goal for mass production, we will have the option of producing more colors! We intend to have many standard single-color pearl acrylic colors as well as a few different hollow metal colors. Let’s see what we can do!

Once the dice are produced, they will be available for purchase through our website as well as Die Hard Dice. We will also be working to make them available to wholesale customers if we have appropriate quantities in stock.
