ah, mondstadt. after enough delays, they finally arrived in the city of freedom. they’d met enough people from there in their travels, but only one left a lasting impression: kaeya. what little time they’d spent together while he was fulfilling his diplomatic duties, on top of them designing a tattoo for him were enough for ke to want to find him while they were there. it wouldn’t hurt seeing at least one familiar face in unknown territory, right?
once they were in the city & settled at the inn, they asked where they might find him. sure enough, as they’re making their way to the knights of favonius headquarters, they run right into him & flash him a fanged grin.
