OOC
// It has come to my attention that Absolution has closed down indefinitely. There is a small part of me that is still hoping beyond hope that this is some sort of fluke, some kind of error, that I’ve clicked the wrong buttons or that Tumblr is seriously glitching out. But the main is gone, that can’t be denied, as is the OOC Blog (which is why I’m posting this here). Honestly I’m struggling to find the right words to write.Â
Absolution, though it did undeniably struggle, was a remarkable environment and I consider myself extremely fortunate to have met all of the people who were involved. It was so inspiring to read all of the curiosities that the other players were up to -- be it dark or jovial, humorous or raw. I won’t blame anyone for Absolution’s closing, though I won’t deny that it is unfortunate, or that I will certainly miss it.Â
More than anything else, I want to thank everyone that made Absolution possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me the ability to challenge myself as a writer and to surround myself with such creative, unconditional tenacity. Â
It’s been good, it’s been great! Should fate allow, I hope to write with all of you another time.
Thank you. Â
