Clover gave Choux her phone number during the summer of their sophmore year of high school. She said it was the next step up in their friendship. Choux looked at it at least once a day for the months it took him to build his courage to actually use it. He even wrote it on a post-it note and keeps it on his laptop screen. totally not surrounded by music notes that look oddly like hearts. Clover always tried to hint whenever they talked in the chatroom that she wanted him to call… but he didn’t pick up on that bread trail.
