He cannot fly in that state, but you can bet he's a whirlwind of gore. There is a reason the Blood Angels and their successor chapters are known for unimaginable violence on the battlefield. (Or catastrophically bad luck in the case of the Lamenters)

Sanguinius, you saw your death coming, yet you went to meet it. Can you ever forgive Horus?

“Of course,” responds the angel, nodding, his golden hair catching the light. A Madonna-like smile spreads over his pretty lips, making his face nothing short of saintly—perhaps even god-like. “Why wouldn’t I? He is my brother… He fell to Chaos… I do not feel hate, only pity.”

In truth, he misses Horus. It is an ache in his hearts that he thinks perhaps will never be filled. It is a mystery how he has come to be once more in this world, and he is disinclined to question. Sanguinius trusts that his father has things well in hand. He can only hope that the late Warmaster is part of those plans.
