Lily was Born in George Town, Malaysia, the second of three children of Claire Xiao (Xiao Daiyu). But, the family moved to the states when she was very young more specifically Las Vegas, NV.

Being stuck in the middle of her perfect older sister and her doted on younger brother took its toll on Lily. She felt invisible for most of her childhood even though she worked hard to be seen (sometimes too hard). Perfect grades and too many clubs to count all throughout her grade school career still didn’t get her noticed.

Lily’s relationship with her siblings has evolved over the years. it was extremely strained when she was younger, in large part because of her jealousy of the attention they got so easily, but she genuinely always adored them in spite of that. Now that they’re all grown up she has her emotions more under control (most of the time). Her family is very important to her. She even organizes regular family dinners.

Growing up Lily never felt anything but proud of her family’s work. It may seem strange, but watching her parents building a criminal empire, seeing how they were respected, especially her mother, it was inspiring. A family legacy that she longed to be apart off.

Lily loves numbers and even more than that she loves money so she studied finance and became an Investment Banker. Telling large companies how they should spend their money, making large deals charming people... she loved it. Thats part of the reason she became a Senior VP in record time... on the verge to being promoted to Director

Something they dislike about your muse:

While Alice appreciates that Lily wants her to come out of her shell a little more, there are limits she’s set that Lily has a tendency to push. Usually when it comes to relationships, and getting the attention of people for something other than friendship.  

Their first impression of your muse:

Back in first year, Alice considered Lily Evans a genius. (She still does, of course.) She was amazed that Lily, a girl who had come from a muggle family, who was essentially thrown into the wizarding world with little to no warning or preparation, could know so much about something Alice had become so used to. In one of their first classes together, Lily had spent near twenty minutes talking excitedly about the potions they would be learning through the year, and all Alice can remember is being amazed at how enthusiastic Lily was. 

Their impression of your muse now:

Lily is still the same girl Alice had made friends with back in first year. They’ve both come a long way since then, the near-seven years shaping them both, - but Alice knows that, right now, Lily is the best version of herself. Head girl title included.

How they feel about your muse:

While Alice loves Lily, the read-head can test her patience occasionally. It’s something the youngest Fortescue has come accustomed to, and she knows their relationship wouldn’t be the same if Lily didn’t push her to be something more.

Something they are hiding from your muse:

Sometime during sixth year, Alice realised that she liked girls. It took months of deliberation and thought, and while she knows it would have been much easier if she had just been open with Lily from the beginning, it’s something Alice hasn’t spoken to the other girl about yet.
