Waiting. (Barty)
PUT A WORD IN MY ASK AND I WILL WRITE A HEADCANON ABOUT IT FOR MY MUSE.
Patience is a virtue.
His mother liked to remind him of this, but as a child,Barty wasn’t so good at waiting because it felt like that was all he did.
Waiting for his father to get home, then waiting for theattention he so desperately craved; waiting for his Hogwarts letter, waiting tobe sorted, waiting to be accepted.
Eventually, his patience was learned as his actions with theDark Lord became more prolific – it hit an all time high when his mother gaveher life for his so that he might escape Azkaban. And he waited, waited, waited for the Dark Lord’s return –knowing that he might be one of the only ones who had remained ever and trulyfaithful to his Master, intent and sure that their work – his mission! – was notover.
