📅 Your birthday

I got a new tattoo yesterday! It's an angel blade with a quote from Jack Kerouac's On The Road. I've wanted the quote as a tattoo on my left arm since I was 19 (so... 17 years?) and when the final season of SPN was announced I decided I wanted to get a little angel blade on the same arm.

Then the finale happened and it made me furious and somehow that fury moved me enough to incorporate both of these tattoo ideas into one larger statement piece and hoooooo my god do I fucking love the results. My artist did an amazing job interpreting my inspiration images.

A week and a day after breaking bones in my face! Swelling is down. Stitches in my eyebrow and my mouth come out tomorrow.

I’ve been embracing the villain caricature slash action movie star look opportunities this has given me. While trying not to be annoyed about my soft food only diet making me dream about different types of pizzas and cakes.

Also, I totally visited my blood spatter on the trail. And made my husband get a picture.
