It's a ritzy bar, an over-priced cocktail, and a backing track of jazzy piano from the baby grande in the corner. Aviel's eyes might have lingered a bit too long on another man at the bar, a ringed pinky bouncing to the music that's too energetic for slow dancing, but just a bit too calming for jumping around.
The former lecturer, art historian, archaeologist, and self-proclaimed chatting aficionado finally catches a rather gorgeous eye. "I heard this place is so uptight that if you dare to dance to their piano man's beats, they have a sniper on standby ready to shoot you point blank." He says it all with a large grin on his face. "Care to test the theory with me? I'm nothing if not a risk-taker."
