I make a nice dinner for a gorgeous feminine chubby girl, and we have wonderful conversation. She tells me she has a condition where she chokes easily, and I get flustered because I’ve always dreamed of giving a girl the heimlich.

Then a piece of the steak that I prepared her just so happens to get lodged in her delicate throat and she panics.

I see her grab her throat and a frightened look washes over her face. Not a second passes before I’m around the table and behind her.

I gather her soft body in my arms and give her a couple squeezes before I start to panic for her- it’s not coming out. So I lean her forward and give her a few forceful back blows. As I’m giving her thrusts, I assure her that she’s going to be okay and that I’ve got her- she just needs to cough when I squeeze her.

Not long after the steak pops out, she collapses to the floor- a shaken mess. I scoop her up and make sure she’s okay. She tells me that no one has ever been so responsive and enthusiastic to help with her condition.
