one day those heavy things become effortless to move.

one day you’ll look back n chuckle in contrast.

the body doesn’t need time. it needs contrast, repetition and desire.

My lil niggas been putting me on to so much game:

1. You have to give time and opportunity to anything you want to see flourish.

Started off with 24 seed mats not knowing wtf I was doing.

2. You must, must, must do a honest evaluation of your exchanges. Are you actually receiving the same energy you put it ? Failure to make the evaluation will result in nothing but wasted energy (and possibly a lesson over-learned).

After a week, I was force to look at each plot and decide to keep,discard, or re-arrange them... only 12 made the cut lol

3. You need room to grow and that’s perfectly fine.
