Beautiful cuisines in my #flatlay setting, it was totally a great golden hour time, with a touch of gold and brown, I do recommend 👍🏻Nasi Goreng Serundeng if you’re trying to visit @tssuitesbali a delicious friend rice with pinch of Asian seasoning, dressed beautifully with serundeng (sweet dry coconut) and topped with satay lilit Bali, you can also try several condiment served on this plate, veggie pickles, tomato ketchup, sambal matah and kerupuk (Indonesian crackers), the other two shown on picture were 👍🏻Chicken Corazon, a layer chicken dish with egg and parmesan on top and the classic dessert from the land of kings and queens, 👍🏻 crème brûlée, it was very soft and crack perfectly on top completed with vanilla ice cream, and biscuit crackers underneath, the combination of everything was very rich but not too sweet it is an upscale standart of dessert, rich, sweet, pretty and clear after taste. @makanplace.bali is a brand new outlet in Legian, located next to @padmalegian and it is featuring some delicious foods, my fav was the crispy pork knuckle, I love the way they treated the skin so it was crispy and not too thick because somehow pork knuckle able to be crispy but a bit hard, but it isn’t, also the way they proceed it, was very nice, since the after taste is not oily at all it’s all clear in my throat, and don’t ask about their marination, it was perfect, full of flavor yet rich with the original taste of the pork itself. ... ..
