Michael Regan will graduate in May 2019 from the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law with an intellectual property concentration.  He is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society.

As a Legal Intern at Eckert Seamans’ Philadelphia office, Michael conducts research on a variety of intellectual property issues, performs trademark clearance searches, and monitors trademark applications.  Michael also worked at Eckert Seamans in summer of 2018.

Michael majored in marketing at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Prior to law school, Michael worked for Wells Fargo and a startup financial tech company.  He enjoys cooking, running, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.

Caitlin Canahai is a 3L at the Notre Dame Law School where she serves as the President of the Intellectual Property Law Society of Notre Dame, the Executive Managing Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, and the Vice President of the LGBT Law Forum. 

As the Research Assistant to Professor Mark P. McKenna, Caitlin conducts research on a variety of topics, including trade dress protection, criminal trademark enforcement, and patent eligible subject matter.  This past summer, Caitlin worked as a Summer Associate at DLA Piper’s Chicago office where one of her responsibilities was to draft recommendations on the retention of  attorney-client privilege when communicating with Japanese patent agents regarding ongoing U.S. patent litigation.

Caitlin previously attended Canisius College, were she double majored in Adolescent Education and French.  Her hobbies include watching Netflix, dancing, and reading.

QuenDesmond (”Quen”) Kellum is a 3L at Howard University School of Law where he is a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Student Association,  President of the Student Bar Association, Parliamentarian of the Black Law Student Association, and Chief of Staff of the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Students Association.  Quen also is involved with the Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts as a Student Member.

As a Student Attorney at the Howard University Clinical Law Center Intellectual Property & Trademark Clinic, Quen provides counseling to clients regarding IP matters, performs trademark searches, and prepares trademark applications.  This past summer, Quen conducted research on fashion law issues for SBC Law IP Group as a Fashion Law Research Assistant.

Quen previously attended Tuskegee University, where he majored in Psychology.  He loves musicals and has been a vocal performer since the age of three.
