On Pathfinder's "definitely beneficial, reasonable, and neutral" god of cities, law, and merchants
Abadar when preaching: Obviously my commerce won't exploit people, I'm the god of fair deals, I support laws that make sure people stay fair in thier dealings! Wealth and trade is beneficial to all, and I would smite anyone who would twist laws or deals in favor of the powerful! And I, as the ultimate and most clever negotiator, will make sure things run smoothly
Abadar when his clergy are openly exploiting people:
Abadar when his church becomes prosperity gospel:
Abadar when things are so bad the major gods are coming together to form a divine labor union for the mortals:
Abadar when it's a known coin flip on whether his champions are fighting oppression or the oppressed:
Abadar when stealing from a corporation or disrupting the supply chain: So you have chosen death
Abadar when telling his brother, the god of greed, to guard his vault instead of helping stop mass deicide...and finds it empty upon return.:
[Surprised pikachu face]
You know...I'm starting to think the fantasy capitalism god isn't actually looking out for everyone! Wait a second...Part in ending a major war not as large as he/his supporters might claim? Says everyone will benefit from commerce when the policies really just lead to the rich getting richer? Doesn't like unions?
Ah fuck I was hoping for hell, I think Reagan just got incarnated into Pathfinder.
