I'm the proud parent of WNM graduate. As someone who invested a large sum of money in the Academy of Art for my daughter's education, it's a shock to hear the school has cut the one person I've heard her repeatedly praise as her best instructor. Among students and their families, the university has a reputation for being an institution for generating profit rather than one that values it's students and providing a quality education. It is figureheads such as Greg Mar that create passion and devotion in their students. Restoring Greg Mar is not only the right decision for the current and future students of the program, but is the right decision for the university to enforce a positive reputation for itself. Students make up the school, and it's exceptional teachers that bring students to the school and keep them dedicated.
