We unintentionally got to our seats super early and were irritated about having to sit through two opening bands. Then something funny happened: the first band *ROCKED* our faces off and we were in total awe. They were a young group of kids from Cali who called themselves @incubusofficial. Poor @sugarray_official didn't even stand a chance trying to follow such a blistering performance and proceeded to get booed off the stage. 311 kicked ass per usual, but the Incubus buzz was impossible to ignore and I bought their debut LP "S.C.I.E.N.C.E." the very next day and immediately made copies for all my friends.
