We looked again and couldn’t find anything like that. The closest thing we could find to any billboard with an in-game character on it was this one that kind of looks like Pinky.

Or this one that kind of looks like Rachel.

Other than that, we didn’t find anything resembling Solo or Herz.

When I have more time, I will see about extracting some of the skins of signs and billboards from that area and see what I can find.
