I have been at the shelter since Jul 21, 2020 and I may be available for adoption on Jul 28, 2020 at 2:55PM STAFF & TEMP TEST NOTES: 07/28/20 13:44 Dog does not like being put on a leash. Will avoid having it put around her head(Head Shy). I got leash on her & took her out of kennel, she was nervous & would only walk a little then lie down. 07/25/20 15:02 506337 was temp tested with 506331. I had a harder time leashing her since she is so scared and shy right now. she will come up and lick you, but will retreat when you try to pet her. i was able to leash her eventually, but when i got her out of the kennel she refused to walk to the playyard. i carried her to the playyard & she met up with 506331 and she smelled him but lost interest. she was not dominant & didnt show any signs of aggression. she doesnt like loud noises & lays flat when the other dogs would bark at her. she needs someone with patience to get her out of her shell & give her a quiet and loving home.-sc 07/23/20 08:54 Really nice dog! I was able to walk her to general population little at a time with getting down to her level & talking to her in sweet voices. When she feels a little comfertable she'll walk up to you with wagging tail. YM Medical notes: 07/21/20 16:20 Dog is a bit underweight, has chronic allergic dermatitis-probable flea allergy. Teeth worn down from chewing self. Both upper K9 teeth broken off but doesn't seem to be a problem. Has ticks, no fleas noticed at this time. Ears appear to have had hematomas in past. Need to check ears when spayed.
