Okay, this ask has been in my ask box for almost three months and I can only assume that it refers to this ask meme.
O. One Book That You Have Read Multiple Times
I could always say Harry Potter books, but since I’m probably supposed to name only one, I’m going to say Mrs Frisby and the Rats of NIMH by Robert C. O’Brien. As a child, I read it every summer at my grandmother’s. It was an old book of my aunt’s that she had left behind when she moved out. I haven’t read it for, like, ten years, so I have no idea if it actually is any good, but I remember enjoying it very much when I was younger.
T. Three Of Your All-Time Favorite Books
Now, this kind of questions should be illegal. How am I supposed to choose only three books?
This time I have to name the entire Harry Potter series, because let’s be honest, those books were my whole life in primary school. I don’t care if there are seven of them - they are an entity.
Then it becomes a bit tricky to choose. Out of all the books I’ve ever read, Taivaslaulu by Pauliina Rauhala has been the most beautiful. (As a bonus, I can reveal that the most beautiful book I’ve read in English has been I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson.)
My number one (or number two after HP) childhood favourite has to be Seacrow Island by Astrid Lindgren. Somehow, I can’t seem to forget my childhood favourites although I’ve read plenty of great books when I’ve been older.
