Alright well the first post was sent to the shadow realm bc tumblr is protecting you from a minifig of a clothed older woman. Therefore I see it fit to post an even MORE clothed woman:
Captain Red Handed Jessica, 5th Chieftan of the Sun Eaters, in full war time tribal regalia and armor ( aka fashion for when its time to lock the fuck in ).
Face details. Make up is "oil slick" ( a Narish pigmant ), charcoal powder, lamp black, beni, and crushed terra cotta. Please pretend the cigar doesnt look like shit.
Traditional Narish shell and chiton armor. Jessica purposefully only wears only the intimidating looking or ceremonial plates... definitely has nothing to do with her thematic and subconscious knack for disregard of her own safety... dont worry about it...
Fabrics are usually linen, rag woven, or ramie, dyed with found or natural dyes like turmeric or ginger or sibukaw etc. The coat is a marker of leadership statis, as well as the flag cape ( just pretend both sides of the cape are a sun with a sliced orange in the middle ). The pink undergarment is very Loosely similar to an Eastern style tunic, only with a weird crisscrossing similar to that of the straps of an apron.
Since the Sun Eaters occupy a part of the world that is predominantly Coastal Pine Forest in a Humid Continental Climate, it is culturally a fantasy fusion of north Florida, south Alabama, south Japan, Taiwan, east Italy, and west Georgia ( the country ) among others. Ideally they would have a rag ribbon textile tradition similar to the Seminole. Ideally also there would be all sorts of baubbles and pins and bead chains strung across or pinned to the coat, front pannel, and hat. And those would be made of scrimshawed plastic or lamp worked glass or aluminum casts of little totems or bone / shell from successful hunts but I mean... I can only do so much in Hero Forge... please notice the pink Harlequin pattern and how I was able to line up the coat details with BOTH of the seams of the coat, that took so long....
Oh... and thats giant crab blood on the pike.. mostly.
