Yesterday morning, I awoke to 4 inches of snow on the ground.
It remained below freezing all day, and we were able to use snowdrifts as drink coolers as we sat out in the hot tub last night.
Today the sun has shone all day. It is currently 53 degrees (almost 12C) and 99% of the snow has melted.
In 2 days, we are supposed be hit by something called Winter Storm Uma and receive a new 8-10 inches of snow.
In Westeros, seasons last many years. In Kentucky, they now last only a couple of days! I’m not even weather-whining anymore—just laughing hysterically that I apparently live in a world where the climate makes less sense than in a fantasy series!!
