so i’ve had an idea for an edarius scenario for a bit so here’s a yap sesh ;;
so during the coven tryouts when eda transforms, you can see that she skedaddles off into the woods and I see a lot of people say that raine would’ve gone after her and while that is a cute idea, 1. raine hadn’t seen the owl beast until ftf when she went harpy mode (“is this the curse?” showing raine hadn’t seen it before since eda was hiding it atm) 2. they weren’t at the coven tryouts since they joined the coven after they broke up with eda — but do you know who WAS at the coven tryouts?

so my brain made up a whole story in my head about how the hagsquad worked in high school and how it ended and the explanation for alador/darius’s beef so that’s the reasoning for this next bit — after darius and alador had their fight that ended their friendship, darius had split up with the rest of the hagsquad because he was like “i can’t be associated with you guys anymore i gotta focus on my coven shit” and he had also broken up with eda and raine (teen raedius sneak), but after darius saw eda run off as the owl beast he went after her because even if he wanted to focus on the coven he still cared about her ofc and was like going a little coocoo over feelings but I might talk about that in another post — anyway so darius runs after her and he’s the one that finds eda and calms her down and such , I’m thinking darius had a “hey I know I fucked up everyone’s friendship but I still care about you and I hope you get this cursed stuff fixed out” talk (and it is nowhere near casual) with her and then skedaddled away . still pondering about this but yesyes that’s the basis
