I’m currently 11 stone 7 pounds… I’ve put on so much weight in the last two years and I’m sick of putting it off- i can not let myself get any bigger! I’m 5’6 btw and a size 12/14… I never had a flat stomach two years ago and thought I was fat then! But I’m even bigger now…
My question is if I go for a 20 minute run…
