There were days that passed by in a flash, and then there were days that dragged on forever. In all honesty, Willow wasn’t a fan of either. Too long, too short. The days that were just right were few and far between. You either had to, get up at the ass crack of dawn and then hit the pillow at dusk, or attend a 30 minute schedule at some stupid time in the middle of the day. Really, there wasn’t an inbetween. Well, not often anyway. “I hate those.” she mumbles, her tone one that was soaked with empathy. She really could understand and share the feelings of the younger woman, because she’d been in that position many times herself. “But hey… you know it’s only what–” A pause. A glance down at her wrist. “three fifteen.” and she was sure, that if Xia was already complaining about a long day, the rest of the day was only going to be worse. Clearing her throat, Willow peels her gaze away from the young woman and instead looks around the busy hall for her manager. Though, not spotting them, she turns back to Xia and offers a small smile. “Why don’t you step outside with me for a moment.. there’s a balcony just down the hall and off to the left. The door isn’t locked, just jammed… if you wiggle it in the right way it’ll slide right open. I used to go out for a breather during my trainee days all the time. C’mon, I’lll show you the spot, I’m sure your manager won’t be around for at least another ten minutes, and even when they do get back, they wouldn’t spot you straight away in this stupid corridor. “ and so she offers a hand, her smile ever present. “what d’ya say?”
