him: This hella made me think of you for some reason.. I think it was the part where he says most people feel small in the universe but he feels big when he looks at the stars... I think that's something we could both think about.

me: that part really resounded with me too. i think i've been thinking about that more since i've moved... now that i have so many people i love scattered in different places. it's nice to know that we're still so deeply connected even thought we're far apart

him: That's exactly right.. Connections are strong.. I guess I just don't remember to remember you know?

me: like down to our core... in our simplest form... we share that.
