At 92 year old,she was driving her new Toyota Camry car along Hellyer Avenue from The Village on Cribari Dale in San Jose,California. My dear mom Marie Hauskins 1922-2012 ,was a serious practicing Catholic woman raised from Bavaria southeastern German parents. ________________________ Horridly,by herself Marie had to drive to my extremely affluent millionaire estranged half-sister and husband Thomas and Margo Cohn Los Gatos California $3,164,422 million dollar upscale neighborhood home on Littlebrook Dr. private Christmas house party. _________________ The accident was on Silver Creek Valley Road involving a Ford Crown Victoria driven by a 25 year old young man's vehicle that ran a red light crashing into my angelic mother Marie. ____________ To my astonishment,I learned my canny cunning,frugal,scheming and perspicacious half-sister blood-sibling Margo Cohn without my permission had my mother cremated. _________ Quickly,I was contacted by my stepsister's hired prominent San Jose lawyer stating she was taking,selling my mother's home and property.
