we must walk in this rain together

Others think we don't read souls, but we can understand if you're lost, if you're hungry for something, or if you're hiding something.

Tonight, to the tune of music, I wrote about the woman who embraced me, the woman who touched me, and we walked together, because I would never have known the pen, the scent of books, or the sight of the moon's face. Without you, I would never have seen this poetry that resembles the waves of the sea, and I would never have read its words with such weight. Without you, I would never have walked among the passersby. Without you, I would never have known that love has many meanings. 🤍
