“There’s a kid, named Seojoon. He’s becoming popular around Hongdae, and I overheard another magazine wanting to get in contact with him and that’s not going to happen before we do.”
The editor-in-chief of the magazine he works can be very competitive at times, Chanyeol thinks. The kid could be no one, just a two-day buzz from the school girls that will die out with the arrival of another musician. But the thought of letting someone else cover a potential story makes the editor give grave importance to the upcoming artist, and its known to all her writers.
And it’s the reason Chanyeol is pushing past groupies in the large crowd of the club, screams and sweat all mixing in the air as the stage is prepared for a set. He has his press pass hanging from his neck, and he hopes its enough to be allowed close to the young man in question.
“Hello. Bae Seojoon?”
