And yet another F-16 Fighter Aircraft has crashed in South Korea, the third in the Country since 2023. This one crashed in the Yellow Sea and belongs to the 8th Fighter Wing (8FW) of the United States Air Force (USAF).

The Plane reportedly suffered an In-Flight Emergency and the Pilot was able to eject safely and was unharmed. In December 2023, an F-16 also belonging to the 8FW crashed also in the Yellow Sea. And in May 2023, a USAF F-16 also crashed in South Korea.

This is something that the Philippines needs to consider very carefully if it decides to buy secondhand F-16 Aircraft, especially if it will be from the United States (US).
