Apa lagi?
I’ve been thinking, at the moment, im still gonna scale my weight every 5 days and this time, the goal is try to maintain the weight. Make sure tak naik. Maintain as it is. If kalau dapat turunkan skit along the way consider bonus *wink* *wink* (ya masih berharap)
After 1 month and 10 days, macam dah give up. Macam dah malasss nak ambil tau.
Tapi kannnn.... rasa macam ada inchlosssss. Sebab baju and seluar rasa macam dah lose skit. Paha pun tak berapa nak berlaga sangat dah. Cuma berat je macam main-mainnn jeee.
Ke aku kena panjangkan lagi tempoh timbangan. Mungkin after 7-10 days kot ye. Baru boleh nampak figure yang besar skit perbezaannya.
Hurmmm..
But, let’s get back to really. AT THIS MOMENT, FOCUS NOT TO INCREASE THE WEIGHT. LET’S MAINTAIN IT
