If you have never #dined in the #dark let’s just say it’s an experience that will definitely heightened your senses. Having someone to keep you calm is essential and being #aflyonthewall can be freakin hilarious or trying to drink and use #utensils . . A #7coursemeal that was #served completely #inthedark and we had no clue what we were #eating until we finished everything and readjusted our eyesight. Valentine's feast. 1) Malpaque and Raspberry point oysters with lemon, fresh grated horseradish, mignonette and pepper sauce. 2) Halibut ceviche with tomatoes, jalapeños, avocado, cilantro, shallot, lime and grapefruit juice. 3) Scallops with sage, squash and bacon risotto with sage crisps. 4) Tuna BLT with heirloom tomatoes, spinach, avocado, bacon, orange soy vinaigrette and edamame horseradish purée. 5) Pappardelle pasta with a Caesar sauce, rapini, oven roasted cherry tomatoes and confit calamari. 6) Spudnuts, doughnuts made with mashed potatoes, with a sour cream chantilly. 7) Creme brûlée.
