ok so rosie used to wear 96 bc of a bit with his friends in minors but then explain to me this. in april 2017 he was called up to the jets for one game. he wore 52. four months earlier in january 2017 sean kuraly was called up to the boston bruins. he wore 52 and has continued to wear it ever since (except for his cbj years when someone else had it). neither of them wore that number in college or in the ahl. all of their previous numbers were available on their respective teams. explain this
