Hm biggest art tips aka art tips as big as Toji's...ahem,, imo would be:
STUDY + PRACTICE
Taking note of whatever catches your eye (the art style or technique you like), save photos/take pics of things you find interesting and observe the colour, lighting and the form (I got thousands of pics saved on my phone/my discord server/pinterest boards for refs but sometimes ya gotta take your own pics and reference off yourself for poses too...)
e.g. I really want to draw big tiddy muscle men so I collect big tiddy muscle men pics for reference 👀👌 I look at how the muscles work, then sketch by simplifying muscles as blocks of shapes, which helps out a lot with becoming friends with anatomy (・∀・)✨
Now I’m no anatomy god myself so pls excuse any mistakes but I sketched a quick example of blocking out parts of the body for an easier time (ref pic source):
